OUR MEMBERSHIPS
East Hampton Indoor Tennis offers a variety of tennis membership options for both our Indoor and Outdoor tennis facilities. Platform Tennis memberships are available in the fall and winter seasons.
Members receive discounts on lessons and clinics, discounted rates on court rentals during the indoor season, ability to participate in summer leagues at no additional cost, invitation to participate in summer club tournaments, game arranging services, priority on outdoor courts with no additional court fees and much more!

OUTDOOR MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES
- Weekday members cannot play Monday of Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day Weekends (or any holidays).
- There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all bookings (lessons, clinics, indoor court times, etc.) (Otherwise Charged)
- Court sign-ups must be done via email. 1 week in advance. At least three names are needed for booking. Players need to be done playing that day to be allowed to book for the following week. All emails sent prematurely will not be acknowledged by EHIT staff.
- Senior members have priority over Junior members at all times.
- The same person may not be a guest of the club more than 3 (three) times. One guest fee is $50 per diem.
- We reserve the right to Cancel/Refund membership.
- 2% per month charge on all accounts more than 30 days past due.
- Outdoor members will pay indoor member open time rate when playing indoors.
- All refunds are at the discretion of management.
RULES FOR SEASONAL COURT OWNERS
- Must give at least 48 hours notice of cancellation in order to BANK your court or SELL your court for credit.
- If you choose to “bank” unused court time, you have until June 30th, 2025 to use it.
- In the case of seasonal games:
- If we get the sub, you will receive 70% of what we sold the share for.
